Also publishing today for middle grade readers:

I started this book a couple of weeks ago, and I've been savoring it chapter by chapter. It's one of those novels that is so richly described, from surroundings to personalities to feelings, that you feel fully immersed in the story while the book is open, and it lingers in the corners of your mind while it is closed.
Such an interesting and unique story of a baby left on the dock of a tiny island, an island inhabited by two men that moved there to be away from the larger surrounding islands and towns. Of course they don't turn the baby away, where could they send her, so far from civilization. So little Henna grows up their daughter, and they her papas.
But Papa Niall is gravely ill, and it's going to take Henna's bravery, deep knowledge of gardening, and her unwavering love to set out to find the cure.
